It took one slice of New York pizza drizzled with a sweet, fiery honey and James Thompson was hooked. It was the condiment Australia was missing. Teaming up with his brother-in-law, Daniel Jalalaty, whose grandfather had hobby beehives, the pair set off to create a honey of their own.
