Refund policy
Refunds or Replacements
If there is any issue with your order we will replace any affected product no later than next (scheduled) delivery day, or if you prefer, pick up any affected stock and refund immediately.
Because we are dealing with Fresh Produce this policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and retained for return to the supplying Partner (NOTE: Product should only be discarded after confirmation by Bundlfresh). We want to ensure that we make sure that the Partner retailer is aware of any quality issue and can investigate, so (unless otherwise agreed) please store appropriately (fridge or freezer if required) so we can pick up and return it to the retailer.
No Returns
Perishable goods such as fresh food and flowers cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds Process
Once you have contacted us, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your message. We will also notify you of the approval, or otherwise of your refund.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
