A staple dish from all regions of India which is rich in protein, fibre and just plain and simple good soul food. Our five-lentil mix is ready to eat. It can be used as a side accompaniment or can be used as a hearty soup on a cold winter’s day. There are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, it is gluten free like the rest of our range of Indian sauces.

Ingredients:
Yellow Mung beans, White Urad beans, Split Green Mung beans, Split Pigeon peas, Yellow Split Chickpeas, myriad of spices (Turmeric, Cloves, Green Cardamon, red Chilies, Cinnamon, Cumin, Curry leaves, Hing, Paprika), Ginger, Green Chilies, Salt, Ghee (Clarified butter).
