We are a café in Frenchs Forest that have been catering to the workers in the area for the past 20 years. After endless requests from our customers to be able to share our meals with their family and friends, we have created some signature take-home meals that are derived from our Mediterranean heritage.
Our cooking has a strong Mediterranean influence both in flavour and soul. We believe that food should be nourishing to your tummy and your soul and bring family and friends together.
In this vain we don’t want anyone to miss out. That’s why we have created a Gluten Free range for most of our meals. We have had amazing feedback from our customers who have repeatedly said that it was the best Gluten Free meal they have had and that they could not tell that it was Gluten Free.
All our ingredients are sourced locally and we pride ourselves on having zero additives or preservatives in our food. The recipes we use have been passed down from generation to generation, which is what make our meals so authentic in taste and feel.
Our meals are delivered fresh for you to use that day or can be frozen for latter use.
