Can I shop as a guest without an account?
Yes, but you will be asked to confirm your postcode to ensure you are within our delivery area and you will need to choose a delivery date as certain products and vendors are only available on specific days of the week.
Do you deliver beyond the Northern Beaches?
Not yet, but if you subscribe to our newsletter we can let you know when we expand into other areas (and let you know about other fantastic fresh food businesses that join our marketplace).
Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
YES, as there are a number of reasons why we require someone to be home to receive your delivery.
1. We want to say "Hi" and ensure you are 100% happy with everything.
2. We are delivering you the best and freshest produce. We don't want that freshness to be compromised by sitting outside.
3. Many of the items require temperature control. We want to ensure that the cold chain integrity is maintained up to the goods being placed in your fridge.
4. To leave at your doorstep requires more packaging, and our mission is to reduce the amount of unnecessary packaging.
How much do I pay for delivery?
For any Bundle (combined order) of $60 or more, delivery is FREE.
For any orders under $60 there is a delivery Fee of $10.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit cards, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How are the prices determined?
Each Partner vendor sets their own pricing.
A significant number of vendors offer the same prices as in store, whilst the products from others has a small premium to cover the costs of the service.
Ultimately the cost of the service sees you pay a bit and the Partners pay a bit.
How do I know the use by on the produce I purchase?
All fresh produce is picked up from the stores on the morning of the delivery. You should expect exactly the same shelf life as if you bought it from the Butcher yourself.

Are all vendors available all the time on the site?
No. Bundlfresh aligns with the operating models of each business.
Some Partners only trade on certain days of the week (or even times of the year!) Their availability on our site reflects this.
How do I find out what days my preferred vendor is available?
Click on the 'PARTNER AVAILABILITY' link in the header. Click on the relevant category where each partner and their Availability is listed.
Also, when in your personal marketplace having chosen a delivery day, any non available partners will be highlighted by the site. Therefore giving you the option to select a different delivery day.
What is your stance on plastic packaging?
It is our mission to reduce and ultimately eliminate single use plastic and reduce all unnecessary superfluous packaging.
To that end we bundle all the parts of your order into re-useable crates.
Each Partner business has their own approach to packaging. We receive their part of your order as you would in store.
You should be able to find and choose Partners in each category that share your values and ethics.
In the meantime we will continue to work with each Partner to reduce and ultimately eliminate plastic packaging.
Can I save my favourite products or previous order to make it easier next time I order?
This current version of the site does not yet have that functionality. However, we are currently developing an update that does incorporate this feature.
