A North Indian dish that is an everyday meal in most Indian households is the Kadhi. Different regions of the North such as Punjab, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Gujarat have their own Kadhi recipe which is slightly different in taste because of the masalas used and style of cooking. We bring to your table our traditional family recipe with dumplings (pakora) that are a common sight especially on a cold rainy day.

Ingredients:

Chickpea Flour (Besan), Yoghurt (2%), Onion, myriad of spices (Cumin, Coriander, Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Paprika, Curry leaves, Hing), Ginger, Salt, Dried Chilli, Vegetable oil.
