Our family recipe of sliced & grilled potato, topped with a herb infused beef & pork bolognese, then topped with grilled eggplant and finally our rich & creamy bechamel sauce

SMALL: This size tray serves 2 people or 1 very hungry individual!

MEDIUM: Size 22cm x 22cm . Feeds 4-6 people
LARGE: Size 30cm x 19cm. Feeds 6-8 people

• Preparation (Cook from frozen):
  Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
  Step 2 - Remove lid, cover with foil
  Step 3 - Bake 50 mins (single) to 60 mins (family)
  
  🥗 Best served with a green salad
